EVERYONE is welcome to join our social virtual group workout. This ride is banded so we stick together regardless of the bike you ride or your fitness level.
Difficulty is based on your FTP; performing a ramp test before the first ride is a good idea! You can also modify the resistance manually during the workout if needed.
Joining a Club ride is pretty easy! Using the Companion app, find the RCCC & join it. Press the green plus sign beside the event you want to attend. On the day of the ride, you’ll see it in your events tab.
