The Flow Rider's are our youth mountain bikers.
We're a values based club, so our focus is on supporting each other, skill development, trail stewardship, community involvement, and mostly just having fun on our bikes.

We ride weekly on Thursdays at 4pm. Ride locations vary week to week.

All kids are welcome, age gr 8 and older.

Fill out an online waiver. It can be forwarded to vice-president@rivercitycycle.ca or print it and bring it to the ride.
