Tuesday Intermediate Road Ride.
Meet at the Sportsplex (south end parking lot) at 6:00pm.
This is an intermediate ride up to 50 or so km in length.
All rides are fully supportive with some sprint training.
For safety reasons, slower rider(s) will catch up at regular intervals along the route. Everyone comes back together.
Don’t forget to bring some hydration.

RIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
-your bike must be in good mechanical condition
-show up several minutes early
-Helmet
-water
-snacks
-repair kit(tools, extra tools, pump, etc)
**Due to insurance restrictions, riders must be 19 years of age or older, & throttle assist E-bikes are not permitted **
NON-MEMBERS CAN JOIN 2 RIDES:
Fill out an online waiver. Confirmation can be forwarded to road@rivercitycycle.ca or print the confirmation and bring it to the ride.
