**INTERMEDIATE RIDE: Participants should be able to safely negotiate blue & black trails at a steady pace with short breaks**

There will be a maximum of 10 riders. Please indicate whether you are “going” in advance on the FB event or by emailing mtb@rivercitycycle.ca
You must be an insured member or complete the waiver.
For uninsured members or non-members (that's right bring friends) waivers can be used a maximum of two times per year for club events.
Confirmation of the online waiver must be forwarded to mtb@rivercitycycle.ca BEFORE the ride or bring a paper copy with you.
